The real reason most people struggle with their weight and their dieting is because, they think that being thin will be too difficult. They think being thin will be a constant struggle or even worse that they’ll suffer through dieting and the weight still won’t come off. People don’t want an effort, we are brought up in a society that wants and needs instant gratification.
This being so, the biggest problem is that people give themselves bad choices such as:
“I can be overweight and eat what I want and enjoy my life”
“I can be thin but be bored, stressed, miserable, and deprived”
This isn’t really a very good choice and not one that most people really could make. People do things for EMOTIONAL REASONS only.

WHY Without the Right Amount of Whole Food Nutrition in Your Diet, the PROTEIN WON’T have any effect?
Protein is one of the most important aspects of rebuilding torn muscles after a thorough workout. Protein is a necessary part of any diet, especially for very active people.
Working out is naturally strenuous on muscle tissue in the sense that the fibers of the muscle are broken down. This process is natural, but exercise speeds up the rate. Amino acid delivery and absorption is increased while the muscles are going through this process. Simply put, amino acids are critical for the muscles to properly build back up, and the best way of getting amino acids is through protein.
Post Workout Consumption
Around 15-20 grams of protein is beneficial after a workout. It can even be broken up into a “before and after” cycle, 13 grams before and 13 grams after, to help encourage growth at the start and end of each workout session. As long as the protein is consumed and is delivered to the muscles, it will be beneficial.
Protein is obviously an important part of muscle regrowth, but properly recovering from a workout requires more than simply consuming extra protein. Without the right amount of whole food nutrition in your diet, the protein won’t have any effect. You need a whole food nutrition that is crucial to utilizing protein, in the form of various grains, powders, fruits and other natural, nutritional sources.
